Logo Usage: Permission-To-Use Criteria

You must receive explicit expressed permission to use the I-12 Alliance logo(s) if the intentions are the following:

Any printed medium (any instance where a vector file version is essential)

You do not intend to or cannot reference Louisiana's I-12 Alliance appropriately

Displaying the logo or icons that implies a relationship or affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by the I-12 Alliance, or that can be reasonably interpreted to suggest editorial content has been authored by, or represents the view or opinions of the I-12 Alliance or their ownership entities

You cannot agree to the term that upon any request to terminate use by any I-12 Alliance decision-maker or a member of the ownership entities you are obligated to do so immediately and without issue

You have questions or concerns about usage that are not addressed/answered on this website

The following uses are forbidden

• Displaying the logo or icons on any site that contains or displays adult content, promotes gambling, involves the sale of tobacco or alcohol, or otherwise violates applicable law

• Display the logo or icons that violates any law or regulation

• Modifying the logo or icons for any purposes including through combination or abbreviation, hyphenation, or shortening

• Displaying the logo or icons as the most prominent feature of the presentation of any medium

• Display the logo or icons in a manner that is in the I-12 Alliance's ownership entities sole opinion misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene or otherwise actionable

• Adopt marks, logos, slogans, or designs that are confusingly similar to the I-12 Alliance's marketing tools including logos, icons, website pages, and email materials
