Tangipahoa Parish has many attractive features for target industries, including plenty of affordable and available land, a certified 2,900-acre Megasite suitable for any type of manufacturing industry, a central location and excellent highway access with I-12 and I-55, timber, plenty of affordable labor, and affordable housing.

Given these and other valuable assets, the parish is an ideal location for businesses in the warehousing and distribution industry, material supplies manufacturers, or a major aerospace or defense manufacturing company looking to take advantage of the assets in the nearby Technology Corridor that runs through St. Tammany and Washington Parishes.
